SHIPPING & RETURNS
Customised items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Customised items will only be accepted back if the error falls on Contour Sport.
SUBLIMATION & BESPOKE KIT
** Please note delivery for all bespoke Sublimation is 6-8 weeks from artwork approval and order placement confirmation.
(All artwork needs to be approved via email and all sublimation products are non- refundable and cannot be exchanged.)
** Please note lead time for all standard branded products providing it is in stock with the Supplier including customisation will be 3-4 weeks.
(Any products that are customised are non – refundable/exchangeable)
NON PERSONALISED ITEMS
These are not kept in stock and need to be ordered therefore can take 7-10 days to arrive.
RETURNING NON-CUSTOMISED ITEMS
If you are unhappy with any item you have purchased, you may return it to us (in the manner set out below) within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the item, requesting either
(i) an exchange item or (ii) a refund of the price paid.
The returned item must be in its original packaging and labels intact.
This does not include any item that has been customised in any manner in accordance with your instructions. Please note any item bought from Club Shops are classed as customised items and are therefore non-returnable.
RETURNING FAULTY OR DEFECTED ITEMS
Where an item you have purchased is faulty or defective upon receiving your item you are obliged to return the item to us within a reasonable 7 days or receipt of your item and may request either (i) an exchange item or (ii) a refund of the price paid.
HEALTH AND HYGIENE
For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund the following products: Underwear, swimwear and Hats unless faulty
TIME TO PROCESS RETURNS
We will try to process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 working days from the date of us receiving your item/s

Please note: For your protection, Contour Sports recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items not received.
COST IN RETURNING ITEMS
Where you wish to return an item that is not faulty or defective, you are liable to pay for the cost of returning the item to us. In addition, where we incur any re-stocking fee or administration fee in processing your exchange or refund, we will debit this from any amount to be refunded in advance and forward you the balance. In some cases the re-stocking fee will be the cost of the item.
We regret that no postage or carriage can be refunded and that postage will be charged for all items sent out for an exchange at our standard rate of £3.95. We will contact you via email/ phone to collect your payment details to make this transaction.
Where the item is faulty or defective, we will refund to you the cost of return (provided a receipt is enclosed).
